Bradford Podcast Studio – Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be requested at least 7 days in advance of the desired session date. Bookings are subject to

confirmation by the studio. A session is only confirmed once a confirmation email is sent. Clients are encouraged

to provide their preferred schedule, topics, and session details during the booking request.

2. Session Requirements

The minimum session time is 1 hour of recording, with an additional 30 minutes of prep/setup time provided before

the session starts. Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booked time for check-in and setup. Late

arrivals may result in shortened recording time and are still billable in full.

3. Guest and Crew Policy

Clients must notify the studio in advance of all expected guests. Please submit the names of guests who will

appear on the podcast and those attending but not participating in the recording. The studio reserves the right to

limit the number of non-recording attendees for safety or space reasons.

4. External Equipment

Clients must request approval before bringing any external equipment, such as cameras, microphones, lights, or

laptops. The studio is not responsible for any malfunction, incompatibility, or damage resulting from external

equipment.

5. Turnaround Time

The standard delivery time for edited content is 5 business days from the recording date. Faster delivery can be

requested and may be available for an additional rush fee, depending on workload.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before or at the start of the session. For sessions valued above $500, a 50% deposit may

be accepted to confirm booking, with the balance due before recording. No content or media files will be released

until full payment has been received.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48

hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

8. Studio Conduct & Use

Smoking, vaping, and alcohol use are strictly prohibited in the studio. Food and beverages must be consumed

outside the recording area. The studio reserves the right to ask any guest to leave for disruptive behavior.

9. Health & Safety

Clients and guests must comply with all safety protocols, including any public health or emergency guidelines. If

you or your guests are sick, please reschedule.

10. Noise and Audio Levels

Excessive noise or yelling is discouraged. Please keep your volume at a reasonable level. The studio reserves

the right to intervene if volume disrupts nearby activities.

11. Recording Data & Backups

Clients are encouraged to bring an external hard drive or a USB to receive a copy of the raw or final files. Files will

be available for 7 days after delivery. After that, they may be deleted to free up storage. We are not liable for data

loss after the 7-day storage window.

12. Studio Equipment and Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests.

A damage fee may be charged based on repair or replacement costs.

13. Use of Studio Content for Promotion

With client consent, Bradford Studio may request to use brief clips or behind-the-scenes footage for promotional

use on social platforms or the studio website. This is strictly optional and requires written or verbal permission.

14. Liability & Insurance

Bradford Podcast Studio is not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or equipment damage that may occur

during the session. Clients are encouraged to have personal insurance for their own gear and media if needed.

15. Photo/Video Consent Release

By signing this agreement, the client consents to the studio taking photos or short videos during the session for

marketing or behind-the-scenes content, unless otherwise stated in writing.

16. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with booking and payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may

result in refusal of service or termination of session without refund.
